​ ​I work with adults to strengthen executive function skills at home, at work, and at school, including task initiation, time management and awareness, project management, prioritization, and automatization of routines, such as for morning and bedtime.
My approach is highly personalized and incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you better understand parts of yourself that may be blocking you. I also draw from mindfulness and self compassion practices to support you in building a more empowering relationship with yourself. I will never push you to adopt a generic tool or structure that doesn’t fit. Instead, we'll work together to design and integrate the strategies that are the best match for your brain.
