Katie works with adults facing ADHD-related challenges in a range of professional contexts, from tech and health care workers with complex, high-stakes work loads, to creatives and entrepreneurs seeking support with self-management. She also provides support for executive functioning struggles at home and works with young adults who are launching into the increasingly complex landscape of adulthood.

Katie previously worked as an executive functioning coach at Hallowell Todaro Center for ADHD. She launched her coaching practice in 2018 and has received supervision from Sue Hallowell, LICSW, Clinical Director of Hallowell Center NYC, and Jen Zobel-Bieber, CPC. Katie completed training in evidence-based approaches to executive function skill building at the Windward Teacher Training Institute, Landmark School Summer Institute, and Cognitive Connections 360 Thinking. She completed her Level One Internal Family Systems (IFS) Training at the IFS Institute and draws on her 200-hour yoga certification with clinical psychologist Bo Forbes to provide her clients with mindfulness tools for emotional regulation.

Katie graduated from Oberlin College in 2010 and completed a fellowship at Harvard University's EJ Safra Center for Ethics in 2015. She's currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California.
